I kind of get the impression the developers are trying to remove variety from the battle system that gives people the chance to use strategic use and timing of skills to win against a bigger opponent and instead turn battles into a contest of who has the best stats.
Knighthood for example removing stun and pushing mages to take the mindless neanderthal option where they forget how to heal and run around like mindless idiots yelling bambam, now we have eudaemons losing their ability to stun or slow opponents, they may as well rename the battle oracles Thunderer to slightly bigger lightning bolt. The single player arena becoming completely afk is another example.
I kind of get the feeling developers have got complaints from some of the big spenders in the past saying ‘I’ve spent all this cash to get buy this br and I’m getting beaten by players 10% less br than me, what is the point of me spending more than the others if they can still beat me’ and are responding by reducing the available options in battle which makes it harder for people to use skills tactically.
They may have removed speed reduction skills from oracle but they made damnation into a much better skill.Developers have clearly turned against stun and speed reduction. But they are focusing on damage increase/decrease, Rage and awakening points. There is still a lot of room to use skills and time them properly>
I know this is somewhat old post but did something happen to the Eud system again? Namely the skills. To day I signed on and was collecting from from the patrol that I initiated some time back and got all these skill scrolls.
Was getting ready to use them till I saw a notice about Delphic and General skills being unusable. Did I miss something or has this always been present?
this is not an old post, it is the most recent changes of patch 6.1 and is still valid
the notice that you saw about delphic relates to the new sub-Eudaemon which is a 2nd weaker kid that you can activate and use but it only works in very few places and is probably best to use a “buffer” type for this since he is weak

Lol i was thinking Im the only one who thinks that. I totally agree with you
is about that i thought. anyway slow reduction work only in pve and mostly of time the bosses are immune to it.
I already assumed that back in 2013 as the explanation why I cannot choose targets.
