whips events usually coincide with terrible exchanges (ie nothing that most players need). At least I can max out my oracle with the blood event. Just wish they’d add more useful items in exchanges. Maybe add adv mahra/seps. But they find an exchange they like and stick with it for months if not years. At the very least, add some other materials in the eud advancement exchange, like orange enchanting materials
not always, sometimes they fall very nicely, so what you can do is on purpose not participate in the “bad” one and keep your precious mount attribute space for more useful timings
