Dragon Whisperer – Sub Class Introduction Guide

Hey guys, months ago in Chinese Wartune, a new feature called Dragon Whisperer was added. A Dragon Whisperer is basically another class but, here is a twist plot, everyone can be sub class. Still don’t understand? Read on then :P.

Disclaimer: We may or may not get this feature on our servers. If we get this feature in our western servers, there may be changes to it.

Dragon Whisperer is the actual name of the sub class. I just like to refer it to sub class :P.

Requirements:

The only requirement to unlock the sub class is that you have to be level 40+. No special quests are needed to unlock the sub class.

Sub Class Button/Accessing the Sub Class:

Just like I said above, anyone that is level 40+ can be the sub class and no, it is not permanent.

You see the little button located next to my battle rating/under my health? Once you click on that little button, you switch from your main Hero class to the sub class. If you want to switch back from sub class to your class, just click the little button again.

You can also access the sub class by going to the inventory and clicking the “Dragon Whisperer” tab.

Your Class is Synchronized with Sub-Class‏:

If you notice from the image above, the sub class has soul engraving, fate, clothing identification stats, marriage ring slot, halidom/artifact slot and and the medallion slot. Your class and your sub class are a bit connected. For an example, if you have Level 80 Soul Engraving, your sub class will have Level 80 Soul Engraving. If you have a level 2 ring, your sub class will have level 2 ring.

Does the sub class have same equipment as the regular class?

No, they do not have the same equipment as the regular class. They have their own equipment that you have to upgrade from level 40 equipment to level 80 equipment. More info will be posted soon. 😀

How is the sub class battle rating determined?

Just like Eudeamons, 45-50% of the regular player’s battle rating is the sub class’s base battle rating.

Sub Class Clothing:

The clothing for sub class is different from our regular class clothing. You can get clothing for your sub class  from events only. They are not sold in the shop. Here are a few examples of what the clothing looks like on the sub class.

Sub Class Warbeast:

The Warbeast is the mount system for the sub class. The Warbeast panel can be accessed by clicking the red circle with a black eagle on it which is underneath the VIP logo.

Once you click the Warbeast panel, a beautiful Warbeast will be there. That is the level 1 Warbeast and everyone starts out at level 1. 

To upgrade your Warbeast level, you need “Enchanted Beast Bones” which can be gained from the Class Wars, Titan Wars, Gods Decent and events.

One Enchanted Beast Bone gives 10 EXP to the Warbeast upgrade bar. The Warbeast upgrading panel can be accessed by clicking the button on the right hand side.

By upgrading the Warbeast, stats get added to your sub class, not your regular class. The stats that get upgraded are:

• Strength
• Intellect
• Endurance
• Defense

There are two upgrading options:

• Upgrade Warbeast with x1 Enchanted Beast Bone or x10 Balens (cannot use bound balens) to upgrade one time.
• Upgrade Warbeast with x50 Enchanted Beast Bones or x500 Balens (cannot use bound balens) to upgrade 50 times.

When you are not in battle mode, you can mount the regular mounts but when you are in battle mode, you are in battle mode, you will see your sub class riding it’s Warbeast.

You can also choose what Warbeast you want to mount by clicking the button on the left hand side in the Warbeast panel (it is next to the Warbeast Upgrade Panel Button).

Here are the GIFs and stats of Warbeast Level 1-5 and level 8. Big thanks to DZMage for helping me out with these GIFs. It seems to be that level 8 is the max Warbeast level and it may sound easy to accomplish it but you need tons of Enchanted Beast Bones to even get to level 2 Warbeast. Unfortunately, I do not have Stats/GIFs for the level 6 and 7 Warbeast.

Level One Warbeast – “My Warbeast”:

• 10 Strength
• 10 Intellect
• 10 Endurance
• 10 Defense

Level Two Warbeast – “Advanced Warbeast”:

• 50 Strength
• 50 Intellect
• 50 Endurance
• 50 Defense

Level Three Warbeast – “Aurora of Endless Night”:

• 100 Strength
• 100 Intellect
• 100 Endurance
• 100 Defense

Level Four Warbeast – “Frozen Moon and Stars”:

• 150 Strength
• 150 Intellect
• 150 Endurance
• 150 Defense

Level Five Warbeast – “The Root of Sin”:

• 200 Strength
• 200 Intellect
• 200 Endurance
• 200 Defense

Level Eight Warbeast – “Zephyr War Beast”:

• 350 Strength
• 350 Intellect
• 350 Endurance
• 350 Defense

Sub Class in Class Wars:

Months after Chinese Wartune got the sub class, a new update was added where the sub class can participate in the Class Wars and this feature was a great advantage for weak players to be in Class Wars finals. To enter the Class Wars as a sub class, you need to switch to the sub class before you enter the Class Wars hall.

In Chinese Wartune, not much participate in the Class Wars as a sub class because their sub class is weak. Most of the top players in Chinese Wartune continue to participate in the Class Wars because their toon is strong enough to make it to finals. This is the rankings for the sub class in class wars from a server where players are reaching 5 million battle rating.

Do you notice the advantage here? Top players/strong players will be drawn to participate in Class Wars their regular class which will be a huge advantage to those who can’t get to finals. If you participate in the Class Wars as the sub class, their might be a chance for you to reach the finals.

Class War Winner Title: Dragonic God – Emperor:

Title for #1 Dragon Whisperer in Class Wars. The stats you get for this title are the same as the other Class Wars titles which is 670+ HP. You must be in sub class mode to use this title.

Gods Descent Update:

After sub class was added, Gods Decent was changed. The rewards and requirements changed but everything else was stayed the same.

Requirements:

• Level 60+
• Need to be in sub class mode

In order to participate in Gods Decent, you need to be in sub class mode which might be huge disappointment to many strong players. The rewards you get based on your ranking was changed also. The rewards you get after defeating a Gods Decent boss stays the same.

• x500 Grade 5 Dragon Soul (Used to enchant level 70 sub class equipment).
• x500 Grade 5 Dragon Marrow Refinement Jade (Used to refine level 70 sub class equipment).
