Making a lvl 9 -11 gem is realy hard now (since they removed the unlimited rewards), then why on earth the event box we get are so dam low??
Same goes for cloths, is way harder to get a lvl 10 cloth than a lvl 11 Res gem, but we get only 20 lame chest….
They don’t care at this point.
So I mean at this point the exchanges are only for cashers.
events suck even more every day
for the first time in 3 years i can now miss 3 days no login and im ok with it. next will be a week, month, and then never, when all of a sudden i was thinking about light cashing for the new patch. new does not mean that everything old is all bad.i doubt any one can opt to make a new toon with all this crap. maybe wartune doesn’t know that 80% of people joining their new servers are already existing players… i’m pisssst
It would be a much slower and annoying grind for any new players.
Hi. I not know any player to be forced in any way to play Wartune. This game let free players to be over 4 millions Battle Rating in less than 1 year, playing 4-5 hours a day. Use Spirit Convenant (from Flash sale at 49 USD/5 months, so under 10 bucks per month) and you will do all in under 3 hours every day. At that BR you can do all in the game easy. Game is far from perfect, but items not go away from your inventory, graphic is cool, many players are good people. You need only 3 good people in game to form a party for daily. Dont tell me in 3 years you not know 3 good people in Wartune. In this game if you use brain, 3 friends and speed (not sleep when clicking) you really can be strong and have lot of fun in same time. Play game for what it have good, not for bugs that are everywere, even in real life! And not care so much about other players that use money or start on new servers. Just concentrate at what you can do for yourself and for your friends in the game! Sorry for this long post.
What most forget is that before the free to play format games cost 60+ to buy the cd 40+ to buy patches called expansions and 20+ per month to play. Now you get to play for free if you want to be top in a hurry you pay to do so. Game cost nothing to start patches cost nothing to get each patch is much more content than in previous years (pre free to play) No fee to get any game on the market ither free download or like wartune no download at all. I was part of the staff of the game that started the free to play revolution for mmorpgs. There is one single game that has lasted for many years with out a cash shop and is free to play. I would link it up here but honestly i wouldn’t want 10k freeloaders logging in and killing the game because some are to damn cheap to toss a 10 spot now and again to help support the game. It runs purely on donations. And the community is very old and very strong.
Again previous games before the cash shop cost in some cases damn near 200 per year plus paid for new content and a boxed game.

What has happened to the events is what i knew would happen. The developers 7 road (not r2) shot them selves in the foot by making to much of the previous content open to all in one big shot. Now they are having to recoup losses by making events a little less spectacular. Yeh id love unlimited events for all elements to but well can’t have that right now. Im diing for a marha event lol got enough saved up to pop one sylph to orange and get another damn close if unlimited for it ill likely get 2x more orange sylphs from it. If not ill get one and a 3 to 4 star purple from 1 star purple. Im fine with it ither way. /ill likely hit 3k mark 2x this run regardless.
I am happy with the new events system. As a non-casher, I dont have to catch up with the events, no actual gain from events. It was very tiring earlier. Now I can rest for some time, doing blitzing and slow playing.
What?Old events benefited all the players (especially unlimited events benefited free,new and/or low players).
Exactly but now it seems like the events will only benefit players who spend alot.
Welcome to the reality I stated would happen… I am not one to say it but for all the nay Sayers, I TOLD YOU SO! r2 (new owners) is running this game into the ground.
They want rid off all none cashers as they are a hindrance so by making things so hard that will quit and then they keep the cashers
As all other games lagtoon has maybe 10% heavy cashiers and maybe another 15-20% light to medium and another 15-20 occasional. What they’re counting on is the 15-30% will begin to spend MORE! What they don’t see is that we will not! So they’re going to lose 40-50 % of players! It’ll be very hard to continue to maintain this game with such loses…..Maybe they don’t care and milk the game as long as they can before shutting it down. I will not recommend 7 roads or R2 games to anyone!
Yeah it seems like that’s the general consensus of what’s happening. They’re just trying to get as much money as possible from the cashers before shutting down the game as a big F.u to everybody.

I love apologists for wartune who “love” the diminishing returns from hot events. Or the fact that it’s virtually impossible for non-cashers to get mounts from opening boxes. I notice the “unlimited” events eliminated are the ones that cashers no longer need. Non-cashers (or light ones) still need a lot of those events. Try making a lv12 gem even if you’ve been playing for 2 years. I thought I’d have all double gems by now, but without unlimited it’s every 2 events I can make 1 lv12 gem. And I do miss old wilds shop where you could buy charms with mystery stones. Charms are so hard to get now.
Any suggestion on alternate game?

Has anyone stopped to think, “Hm, maybe I don’t have to spend or recharge..BUT, I can if I want something.”?
First big ‘Evo Rush’ required the same amount, if not MORE and now..d@mn near free.
Rather bash your heads against Doly and/or Wartune, sit back and enjoy the game that YOU like to play.
..people in this mindset are too set and one-tracked, they forget about the next day anymore. It’s become a desperate scramble for things you complain about.
I’m a 3+ year WT player, I can recall the 3-man team days. 100k BR was a goal. A lot of people have lost this sense of accomplishment and ‘happiness’ with WT because all they CAN see is $$$$. Yes, money is beneficial. Not at all required.
Be patient. Calm Down. Stop placing blame for something you do willingly to yourself.
